Introduction to Positive Intelligence

What is mental fitness?

Mental fitness is your capacity to respond to challenges with a clear, calm, and constructive mindset. Positive Intelligence focuses on building awareness of the mental habits that create stress and self-sabotage, while practicing more useful responses that support resilience, focus, and connection.

The workshop will introduce the language and tools of Positive Intelligence. The Saboteur Assessment gives each participant a personal starting point by identifying which inner patterns are most likely to get in the way under pressure.
