PQ Coach Essentials is a membership program designed to earn your subscription for years to come.

With more than 75 hours of recorded training material, plus continued access to new content in the PQ app for ongoing personal development, there’s plenty to learn.

Your membership will renew annually until you cancel — which is as simple as contacting the Support team.

PQ Coach Essentials is the on-demand version of our full PQ Coach membership, which opens for enrollment from time to time throughout the year.

PQ Coach Essentials offers the same high quality recorded training from the PQ Coaching and Business Development tracks, as well as the supporting materials, so that you can learn at your own pace.

And, as a PQ Coach Essentials member, you’ll be able to upgrade to full membership any time during open enrollment.

All of the PQ Coach Essentials training sessions are delivered as online video lessons.

We also include supplementary materials like worksheets, customizable slide decks, and sample marketing materials that you can use in your coaching business. These are all available in your dedicated Learning Hub so you can find everything in one place.

Should you to choose to upgrade to full PQ Coach membership during open enrollment, you will also be invited to attend our live Q&A sessions and monthly practice sessions.

Each part of PQ Coach is optional and entirely up to you. You can pick and choose which lessons to watch and which sessions to attend.

We provide a quick start guide to move quickly through the material, or you can set aside 1 to 2 hours per week to learn and implement everything we provide.

Everything is unlocked from day one, and there is no speed limit. You choose your schedule.

One important thing: don’t worry about falling behind. PQ Coach Essentials is fully self-paced. You can work through sessions in any order you choose, and go as quickly or slowly as you like.

Active members have unlimited access to this training. If life gets in the way and you don’t have time for some of the training, that’s no problem — you can pick it back up any time you want. Besides the training videos, you’ll have interactive recordings of all live Q&A sessions so you can quickly find answers to questions that intrigue you, and skip the rest!

Absolutely not. We have powerful and inspiring sharing in our community every week from coaches representing every niche; ranging from working with kids and teens, to parents, couples, educators, NGOs, teams, spiritual seekers, etc.

The power of the PQ operating system is its universal applicability.

We have coaches from every major coaching school and some schools of counseling and therapy. Some had initial concerns about incompatibility. For example, CTI coaches wondering if there was incompatibility between Process Coaching encouraging the client to stay with “negative” emotions versus us urging them to move on. Or Family System Therapy encouraging the client to welcome and incorporate all parts of oneself, versus our treatment of the Saboteurs.

In every instance, we’ve been able to show that the differences are either a matter of semantics, or a matter of beginner versus advanced application of the PQ techniques. For example, advanced PQ techniques do involve staying with a “negative” emotion under some very specific guidelines and techniques.

To date, not a single member has determined an incompatibility forcing them to choose. On the contrary, PQ Coach Essentials members learn how to use the PQ tools in a way that leverages their previous coach training to produce far greater results.
